Capt Newell and SSgt Combs.

The last column for the other nine crew members have CH 328.

In there are statements from a Japanese civilian
who witnessed the crash
and other local villagers.

This is followed by two pages from POW Research Network Japan.

These are part of the Chubu Army District Report.

There is a short summary of both the crash location and
the status of each crew member.
