The 31 October 1947 letter from Major General Thomas Larken,
The Quartermaster General,
was addressed to Mr John Wright.

He explained the options that were available and
informed Mr Wright these were in the pamphlet titled
Request for Disposition of Remains.

Mr Wright died in November 1945 and the pages in this form
were filled out by Mrs Janet S Wright.

She informed the Office of the Quartermaster General that
her husband had died and that she was now the legal Next of Kin.

Mrs Wright requested that her son's remains be
returned to Lynn, Massachusetts,
and be buried in the Pine Grove Cemetery.

At a later date, she would change this to the
Puritan Lawn Memorial Park
Peabody, Massachussets

She signed this form on 26 November 1947.
