This series of documents begins with Lt Warde's
Record of Custodial Transfer.

On 15 February 1949 a Day letter was sent to Mrs Warde informing
her that her son's remains are on the way home.

Also on 15 February 1949 is a telegram from Mrs Warde to
Col Bare confirming that the burial information is correct.

In a 13 March 1949 document is a
list of 61 names of from Distribution Center #1,
Brooklyn, New York.
These men were on the Dalton Victory.

They were to arrive via a mortuary car
at Arlington National Cemetery.
on 29 March 1949

Lt Warde is # 68.
